Elise Marra

Elise Marra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elise began their career at The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod as a Copy Writer, where they volunteered for the 2010 National LCMS Youth Gathering, writing articles and conducting interviews for a large-scale nonprofit newsletter. Elise then worked as an Intern Reporter for Advance Newspapers and as a Sales Associate at Jockey International, Inc.

In 2012, Elise joined St. Paul Lutheran Church as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary before transitioning to CS Partners, where they held various roles including HR Receptionist/Benefits Administrative Assistant/Compliance & Payroll Coordinator, HR Specialist/Compliance & Payroll Coordinator, and Benefits Coordinator.

Elise continued their career in the education sector, joining the Grosse Pointe Public School System as a Fringe Benefit Coordinator. Elise most recently worked at the City of Novi, Michigan, first as a Benefits Coordinator and currently as the Deputy Director of Human Resources.
