Rick Chinn

Rick Chinn is the Mayor Pro Tem at CITY OF OAK RIDGE. Rick was previously employed at Ts117 Coworking, the Tennessee Health Services and Development Board, and R&R Properties. Rick has been with the City of Oak Ridge for over 20 years.

Rick Chinn has a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Rick also attended Webb School of Knoxville.

Rick Chinn reports to Warren L. Gooch, Mayor. They are on a team with Derrick Hammond - Councilor, Ellen Smith - Councilor, and Kelly Callison - Councilor.
