Valarie Emery

Valarie Luethge is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as an Administrative Associate in the City Clerk’s Office for the City of Oak Ridge since November 2018, Valarie streamlines departmental and citywide needs within the Planning & Development Department.
