Alan Yuen

Alan Yuen, PMP, CGCIO, currently serves as the IT Manager for the City of Oakland since October 2016, bringing a wealth of experience from prior roles, including Information Systems Supervisor for the City and County of San Francisco and System Administrator at Stanford University. Alan's career began as a Microcomputer Specialist at the City of Oakland, and subsequent positions included Enterprise Operations Supervisor at LN Curtis and Sons. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
