Alisha Hampton

Alisha Hampton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Oakland since November 2023, Alisha previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Analyst at BART and various positions including Human Resource Analyst and Assistant at the City of Oakland from 2006 to 2022. Early career experience includes working as a Library Aide at the Oakland Public Library and as a Supervisor/Public Relations Consultant for Christian Janitorial Service. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and further pursued education at Patten University, complemented by a high school diploma from Oakland High School.
