Bradley Johnson

Bradley Johnson has extensive experience in budget administration and public policy, currently serving as the Budget Administrator for the City of Oakland since May 2010, with previous roles including Assistant Budget Administrator and City Administrator Analyst. In addition to governmental work, Johnson has coached cross country and track & field at Berkeley High School since February 2009. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Johnson's research experience encompasses contributions as a Research Assistant at the Lowe Institute of Political Economy and as a Research Intern at Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo, where investigations focused on economic and political issues in Mexico. Notable co-authored work includes a policy brief analyzing U.S., Japanese, and Singaporean foreign direct investment in China.
