Tina Pruett

Tina Pruett, PSHRA-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of PSHRA, with prior experience as a board member. Tina holds the position of Human Resources Manager for the City of Oakland and has extensive involvement with WRIPAC, having held various leadership roles including President and Training Committee Chair. Tina's prior roles include Human Resources Manager for Contra Costa County, Talent Management & Selection Supervisor at SFMTA, and Senior Recruitment & Assessment Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco. Tina's experience encompasses recruitment, classification, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives, supported by a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources & Change Management from California State University - East Bay.
