Brett McFarlane holds a Master of Public Administration and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Florida Gulf Coast University. Currently serving as the Concurrency and Commitment Coordinator for the City of Ocoee since August 2021, Brett McFarlane is responsible for tracking and facilitating development and incentive agreements, along with managing contracts for properties under sale. Previously, Brett McFarlane worked as a Permitting Technician, assisting citizens and contractors with building permit processes, and as a Guest Services Representative at Orlando Health, where responsibilities included greeting visitors and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation. Prior experience also includes serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at HCR ManorCare.
