Michael Rumer

Michael Rumer, MPA, has extensive experience in urban planning and public administration, with over 17 years at the City of Ocoee, currently serving as Assistant City Manager. Prior roles include Director of Development Services and City Planner. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Planner for Seminole County Government from 2001 to 2006 and held various positions at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association from 1995 to 2000. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University.
