Larry Fry

Larry Fry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they served as the City Manager for the City of Clovis in New Mexico, where they oversaw a wide range of departments and around 450 employees. In 2017, they became the District Treasurer/Administrator for the NM District Church of the Nazarene. Most recently, in 2020, they joined the City of Odessa, Texas as the Finance Director.

Larry Fry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics/Business Administration and Accounting from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1980. Larry then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance/Management from Eastern New Mexico University, completing it in 1988.
