Stephen Musick

Stephen Musick is a procurement and logistics professional with extensive experience in project management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as a Procurement Technician for the City of Oldsmar, Florida since September 2022, Stephen previously held key positions at Lockheed Martin as a Manufacturing Project Manager and at the Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Center as an Acquisition Program Manager. Earlier roles include Project Officer at the Marine Corps Systems Command, where strategic acquisition and logistics for software programs were managed, and various leadership roles at the 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion and 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, overseeing significant budgets and diverse supply accounts. Stephen began a career in the US Marine Corps, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
