Jennifer McLain Hiramoto

Jennifer McLain Hiramoto is the Executive Director of Economic Development for the City of Ontario, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer served in multiple roles at the City of Glendale, CA, including Acting Assistant Director of Community Development and Deputy Director of Community Development - Economic Development from December 2015 to February 2021. Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as Economic Development Manager for both the City of Ontario and the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, alongside role-specific positions at the City of Monrovia and A.C. Lazzaretto & Associates. Jennifer began their career as a Reporter for the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, focusing on local government and politics. In terms of education, Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University.
