Joe Minasso

Joe Minasso currently serves as the Assistant Division Manager for Integrated Waste at the City of Ontario since July 2023. With extensive experience in the public sector, Joe Minasso previously held the position of Solid Waste Supervisor at the City of Ontario’s Public Works from January 2005 to July 2023, where responsibilities included supervising up to 60 employees, optimizing residential and commercial routes, managing dispatch, and conducting employee evaluations. Prior roles include serving as President of JVM Consulting Services, Senior Management Analyst at the City of Claremont, and Management Analyst at the City of Ontario, where Joe Minasso contributed to budget development, solid waste rate preparations, compliance programs, and various waste management initiatives. Joe Minasso earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1989 and 1991.
