Lupe Iglesias

Lupe Iglesias is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in both municipal agencies and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Principal Human Resources Agency Partner for the City of Ontario since April 2014, Lupe previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst at the City of Covina from January 1996 to April 2014. In addition to these roles, Lupe has experience in law enforcement as a Police Jailer, Crime Prevention Officer, and Police Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, both from the University of La Verne.
