Vergel O has extensive experience in information technology and systems analysis, currently serving as a Systems Analyst for the City of Ontario since September 2019. Previous roles include Senior Information Technology Specialist, Information Technology Specialist, and IT Technician, where responsibilities encompassed technical support for citywide information technology systems as well as maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals. Prior to this, Vergel O worked at Active Ride Shop as an IT System Administrator/Lead Technician, managing IT-related issues across over 30 retail locations, and at San Manuel Casino as a Slot Technician, responsible for the installation and maintenance of slot machines. Vergel O holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from DeVry University in Long Beach, CA.
