Eric Harms is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist and Technician for the City of Oregon City since November 2018. Previously, Eric worked as a Help Desk Analyst at KEEN Footwear, providing IT support for various corporate end user needs and managing IP telephony and end user protection systems. Eric's early experience includes a volunteer position as a System Evaluation Instructor at Free Geek, where instruction focused on system evaluation and hardware identification. Eric also has experience in sales and management roles in the automotive and retail sectors, including positions at Vic Alfonso Cadillac, Zupan's Markets, and Ski Chalet. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Management Information Systems from Oregon Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Information Systems from Mt. Hood Community College.
