Bakari F. Burns

Bakari F. Burns, MPH, MBA, currently serves as a City Council Member representing District 6 in the City of Orlando since January 2020. In addition to this role, Bakari F. Burns has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Health Care Center for the Homeless, known as Orange Blossom Family Health, since October 2003. Between 1996 and 2003, Bakari F. Burns held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at Bond Community Health Center, Inc. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
