Khristen Holmes, PhD, MPA, currently serves as the DDB/CRA Assistant Director for the City of Orlando, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on downtown economic growth and stakeholder relationships. Previous roles include Senior Strategy & Impact Manager at Delivery Associates, where expertise in strategy and equitable outcomes shaped mental health service delivery, and Project Manager at the African American Wellness Project, emphasizing community collaboration. With experience as Senior Program Manager at Everly Health and Community Benefit Program Coordinator at AdventHealth, Khristen has demonstrated strong project management, process improvement, and community benefit strategies. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Public Affairs and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and Nova Southeastern University, respectively.
