Roberto Lopez, PMP, has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Chief Information Officer for the City of Orlando since September 2001, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and overseeing technical support for over 3000 end users. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Information Officer and Computer Operations Manager at the City of Orlando, as well as positions at Abbott Laboratories, B.Braun, IVAX/McGaw Inc., and McGaw Inc. Roberto has demonstrated expertise in project management, technology implementation, and organizational process improvement, including successful project execution for a citywide recreation management system. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
