Claire Whitley

Claire Whitley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Ormond Beach since April 2015. Prior to this role, Claire worked at the Florida Department of Management Services in the Office of the General Counsel from June 2014 to March 2015, and served as a Staff Attorney for the 14th Judicial Circuit in Panama City, FL from August 2013 to June 2014. Claire's earlier career includes positions as Human Resources and Business Manager at Coughlin Porter Lundeen from March 2005 to January 2012, and Human Resources Manager at Seattle Bike Supply from October 2002 to December 2004. Claire holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Florida State University (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (1991-1996).
