Samantha Potts

Samantha Potts, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Ormond Beach since January 2019, Samantha has previously held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at Printerpix, a Claims Specialist at Installed Building Products, and an Operations Assistant at Storm Team Construction, Inc. Notably, Samantha began the career at Target as a Senior Sales Floor Team Lead. Samantha holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Southern Oregon University, specializing in Colonial Africa, European, and U.S. history.
