Melissa McCabe

Melissa McCabe has extensive experience in infrastructure planning and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure Planning at the City of Oshawa since September 2009. In this role, Melissa manages the development and implementation of asset management systems to support organizational goals and oversees various infrastructure planning programs. Previously, Melissa held positions including Supervisor of Infrastructure Services, Building Supervisor, and Architectural Technologist, primarily with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, where responsibilities included developing facility data strategies and implementing information management policies. Educational credentials include a Master's Certificate in Municipal Management from Ontario Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Toronto.
