Delia Campbell

Delia began her career with the City of Oxnard Finance Department in 1994 as an Accounting Technician in Payroll. In 2000, she was promoted to Accountant II and in 2011 she was promoted to Financial Analyst II. In 2018, she was promoted to the position of Finance/Grants Manager in the Police Department. She oversees the Department's budget, grants, capital improvement projects, and the Business Office, which is responsible for Department’s accounts payable and payroll.

Delia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, Northridge. She is a member of California Society of Municipal Finance Officers.
