Jackie Ramos

Jackie Ramos, MSHRM, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Recruitment Supervisor for the City of Oxnard since October 2017. In this role, Jackie has managed full cycle recruitment processes and focused on employee/labor relations, classification and compensation, along with expertise in public safety and utilities. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst II, as well as earlier roles such as Human Resources Analyst I and Human Resources Technician. Prior to working at the City of Oxnard, Jackie held various HR positions at Target from May 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting, staff scheduling, and handling escalated guest issues. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University Channel Islands (2012-2016).
