Lisa Horan

Lisa Horan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Administrative Services Coordinator Support Supervisor for the City of Oxnard since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at the Carnegie Art Museum from July 2006 to July 2019 as the Communications & Membership Coordinator, where responsibilities included promoting fine art exhibitions and events, composing press releases and e-newsletters, maintaining the museum’s website and social media platforms, and facilitating community engagement activities. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from California State University Channel Islands (2006-2008) and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Moorpark College (1999-2006).
