Shannon Lozano

Shannon Lozano currently serves as the Director of IT Business Engagement for the City of Oxnard as of December 2023. Previously, Shannon held the role of Senior Director for Enterprise Operations, PMO & Agile Transformation at Farmers Insurance from 2012 to 2023, where leadership included overseeing a team of project and program managers and implementing enterprise-wide project management standards. Shannon's career began at QBE FIRST, progressing from an entry-level position to Vice President, Tech Manager, where Shannon established the PMO function and led various strategic initiatives, including emergency response operations following Hurricane Katrina. Additional experience includes a VP role at Countrywide Insurance Services, focusing on project management and operations quality control, and a Senior Program Manager position with the City of Palmdale, highlighting a strong background in management and organizational leadership. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
