Nick Smith is currently a Partner at Hudson Martin PC, representing clients in complex commercial, employment, and real property litigation. Nick also serves as Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Pacific Grove, shaping policy and municipal laws. Additionally, Nick is the Director and Chair of the Recycled Water Committee at Monterey One Water. With a background as an Attorney in various firms, Nick has experience in real estate, commercial, land use, and civil litigation, especially in governmental defense and employment matters. Prior to their legal career, Nick earned a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco after completing a B.A. in Political Science at UC Santa Barbara.
