Hope Reasons, MBA, serves as a Grants Administrator for the City of Paducah since January 2022. With extensive experience in both nonprofit and healthcare settings, Hope has held various leadership roles, such as Advocacy and Empowerment Coordinator at Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center, where responsibilities included supervising case management for domestic violence survivors and improving departmental processes. As President of Sisterhood Purses, a mission-driven retail company, Hope contributed to supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Previous positions also include Administrator roles at Skyline Cardiovascular Institute and Heart and Vascular Center of West Tennessee, as well as Owner of N-Compliance Healthcare Consulting, and Grants Manager at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where over $7 million in funding was secured for community outreach. Hope holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Murray State University.
