Michelle Smolen

Michelle Smolen has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Assistant City Manager for the City of Paducah since July 2016. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as Assistant to the City Manager in Paducah, and held the position of Budget Analyst for the City of Olathe from October 2013 to July 2016. Earlier career roles include Management Analyst for the Town of Lexington, MA, from June 2011 to June 2013, and Management Intern at the City of Lawrence, KS, from March 2009 to May 2011. Michelle holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas.
