Heather Kelly

Heather Kelly is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accountant II for the City of Palm Beach Gardens since July 2023. Previously, Heather worked at the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County in various accounting roles from June 2017 to July 2023, including responsibilities like balancing governmental assessments and resolving customer inquiries.
