James Hogan

James Hogan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water operations management. Since 2003, James has served as the Manager of Water Operations for the City of Palm Coast, overseeing water treatment operations across three treatment plants and ensuring the quality of the distribution system. Prior to this role, James held progressively responsible positions at Palm Coast Utility and Florida Water Services from February 1980 to October 2003. James is an alumnus of North Dakota State University.
