Dr. Frank Browning is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience within the Palm Springs Police Department since August 1999, currently serving as a Lieutenant with responsibilities including SWAT command, patrol, investigation, and traffic management. Dr. Browning has also held roles such as Patrol Sergeant and Detective in Crimes Against Persons, focusing on serious violent crimes. Additionally, Dr. Browning contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at California State University-San Bernardino. Prior experience includes service as a Federal Police Officer for the United States Department of Defense and security roles in both the private sector and the United States Air Force. Dr. Browning holds advanced degrees in Organizational Change and Leadership, Management, and Criminal Justice, as well as associate degrees in Fire Science and Criminal Justice.
