Jiwuan Haley

Jiwuan Haley, AICP, currently serves as Planning Manager at the City of Panama City, Florida since June 2021, following a role as Senior Planner at the Hillsborough County City County Planning Commission from April 2019 to June 2021. Jiwuan has extensive experience in urban planning, having worked as a Senior Planner and Planner I in the Land Use Division of the Tallahassee-Leon County Planning Department between June 2013 and March 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Florida State University, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the same institution in 2010, preceded by an Associate of Arts degree from Gulf Coast State College in 2008.
