Jodell Lepley currently serves as the Sr GIS Specialist for the City of Panama City, Florida, leading the geospatial program and enhancing GIS capabilities across various departments since October 2022. Previously, Jodell held the position of GIS Specialist, acting as Sr GIS Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a GIS Technician/Planner Intern for the City of Great Falls, where research and ArcGIS tools were utilized to develop data and maps for long-range planning. Jodell also worked as a Cartographer Technician for the United States Department of the Air Force, employing land surveying techniques to prepare GIS data and teaching essential skills to military personnel. With ten years of service in the United States Air Force as an Engineer Craftsman, foundational skills in civil engineering and spatial data maintenance were developed. Jodell Lepley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a concentration in Community and Environmental Planning from the University of Montana and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Construction Engineering Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
