David Black is a seasoned business banker with extensive experience in commercial lending, currently serving as Sr Vice President Commercial Lender at Pinnacle Bank since September 2011. Additionally, David has been the Mayor of Papillion since November 2003, contributing to multiple boards such as the Papillion Downtown Business Association and the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. Recognized for Papillion's notable accolades, including multiple rankings as a top place to live, David has also held significant roles in city governance, previously serving as City Council President and Planning Commissioner. With a robust background in various organizations, including previous leadership positions in First Data and Black Business Consulting, David has also been actively involved in community service through Grace Life Bible Church and the Boy Scouts of America. David holds a BSBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
