Kim Sao

Kim Sao has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. They most recently served as the Director of Finance for the City of Paramount starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Director of Administrative Services/Finance for the City of South Gate from July 2015 to December 2021. Before that, they held the role of Accounting Manager at the City of Carson, California from 2007 to July 2015. Kim Sao also worked as a Senior Accountant at the City of Norwalk, CA from 2005 to 2007, and as a Staff Accountant at the City of Westminster, CA from 1995 to 2005.

Kim Sao received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from California State University, Long Beach from 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Public Administration at the same university from 2012 to 2014.
