Marie Gallo currently serves as the Mayor of Parma Heights, a position held since July 2010, and has previously functioned as a City Council Member, including roles as City Council President and Ward 4 Councilwoman. Gallo's extensive experience includes overseeing the legislative process, directing the Clerk of Council, and advising fellow Council members while introducing legislation and assisting residents. Prior to their tenure in Parma Heights, Gallo was the Director of Human Resources for the City of North Olmsted, managing multiple departments and serving as Lead Negotiator for various bargaining units. Gallo's early career includes serving as Clerk of Council in both North Olmsted and Parma Heights, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and local governance. Gallo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace University.
