Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Broker for the City of Pasadena since March 2017, Jeffrey manages activities related to acquiring, leasing, and disposing of real property. In addition to this role, Jeffrey operates a boutique legal practice specializing in commercial real estate and business law, having negotiated and closed numerous transactions. Prior experience includes positions as a Real Estate Attorney for multiple firms, a Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Universal Studios Hollywood, and management roles at Lowe Enterprises and Vileo Investments. Jeffrey holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, alongside advanced degrees in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
