Jonathan Paul

Jonathan Paul is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as a Principal Administrative Analyst for the City of Pasadena since November 2021, where responsibilities include preparing the personnel budget and analyzing Fire Department budget usage. Prior experience includes roles as a Revenue Analyst/Budget Analyst for the City of Glendale, where budget projections for revenues were developed, and as a Senior Executive Analyst at the City of San José, responsible for implementing a new budgeting system and supervising staff. Jonathan's early experience includes an internship at Marin County Administrator's Office, focusing on expenditure studies and compliance analysis, as well as a management role at Ross Stores, Inc. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Certificate in Homeland Security and Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
