Leslie Garcia-Brown

Leslie Garcia-Brown is a Senior Human Resources Analyst with extensive experience in employee relations, training, and benefits administration, currently serving the City of Pasadena since October 2017. In this role, Leslie is responsible for citywide training and employee development, as well as coordinating equity and belonging initiatives. Previous positions include managing small and mid-market accounts as an Account Manager at Martin J. Wolff & Co., Inc., and supporting brokers in health insurance matters as an Associate Account Executive at Dickerson Employee Benefits. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management, and an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at California State University, Northridge.
