Michelle Garrett has served the City of Pasadena since September 2003, holding multiple roles including Assistant to the City Manager, Project Manager, Economic Development Program Manager, and Special Events Manager. Notable projects managed include a marketing initiative for business and talent attraction, the Tournament of Roses Parade, and the Amgen Tour of California, as well as efforts to enhance the Arroyo Seco. Prior to this, Michelle worked as an Associate Director at NAWBO-LA and as a Development Specialist for the City of West Hollywood. Michelle holds a degree in Politics from Princeton University and an MPA with Distinction in Public Sector Management Leadership from California State University, Northridge.
