Adam Lincoln, MPA, ICMA-CM, currently serves as City Manager for the City of Pasco, a role held since October 2020, with previous positions including Interim City Manager and Deputy City Manager. Prior to this, Adam Lincoln was City Administrator for the City of Pullman, Washington, from December 2016 to October 2020, and served as Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Lakewood, Washington, from December 2013 to December 2016. Adam Lincoln holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Washington University.
