Debra Scott

Debra Scott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in code enforcement and stained glass artistry. As the Owner of Desert Sands Stained Glass, Debra teaches individuals how to coordinate glass colors, cut, and assemble art glass projects while also focusing on the enhancement of fused glass skills and projects. Since 2002, Debra has served as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Pasco, where responsibilities include enforcing municipal codes related to land use, building conditions, nuisances, and managing the City’s rehabilitation program through field inspections and public complaint responses. Prior to this role, Debra held the position of Code Enforcement Officer in Burbank from 2000 to 2012.
