Shawn McIvor

Shawn McIvor currently serves as the Deputy Director of Security & Reliability at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities since July 2023. In addition, Shawn McIvor has held roles as Internship Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at Passaic County Community College since January 2020. Previously, Shawn McIvor enjoyed a lengthy career with the Paterson Police Department, culminating in retirement as a Police Captain in 2023, also having served as an Incident Commander and Police Lieutenant. Furthermore, Shawn McIvor has been actively involved with the City of Paterson as a Police Lieutenant since August 1994. Educationally, Shawn McIvor holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
