Jan Brodie

Jan Brodie is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in economic redevelopment and investment, currently serving the City of Pawtucket, RI since January 2024. Previously, Jan held the position of Executive Director at The Pawtucket Foundation from February 2016 to January 2024, facilitating economic development initiatives. Prior to that role, Jan was the Executive Director of the 195 Redevelopment Commission, where oversight of strategic planning and operations for the I-195 surplus land development in Downtown Providence was a key responsibility. Jan's career also includes serving as Vice President for both The Community Builders, Inc. and The Armory Revival Company, focusing on real estate development, historic rehabilitation, and commercial and residential projects. Jan holds multiple advanced degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, including an MBA in Finance, a Master of Architecture, and a Master of Science in Academic Administration.
