Cathy Trombley

Cathy Trombley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Benefits Manager for the City of Peabody since May 2007. In this role, Cathy manages the implementation of benefit programs for over 1500 employees, oversees vendor relationships, and ensures accuracy in insurance billing and payroll data. Previous positions include Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities involved coordinating HR programs for over 1000 employees, and Health Department Administrative Assistant, providing support for various health department officials. Cathy began their career at AT&T as an Inside Sales Representative, managing large business customer accounts and developing strategic plans for customer engagement.
