Elaine Caccoma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technology, currently serving as the Chairperson of the Conservation Advisory Council for the City of Peekskill since January 2021. Prior to this role, Elaine held various leadership positions including Operations Team Lead for the NYS DOH COVID-19 Contact Tracing Initiative at Public Consulting Group, and Project Management Specialist at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. A background in program and project management includes significant tenures at Pearson Education, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Rollins Insurance, Avaya, Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, and AT&T. Elaine holds an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services from Pace University, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BA in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
