Andre Licardi

Andre Licardi has extensive experience in arts development and education, currently serving in a role focused on Arts Development for the City of Peoria since September 2006. Prior to this position, Andre was a board member for Arizona Citizens/Action for the Arts from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Andre held the position of Director of Arts Education at the Peoria Unified School District from August 1979 to April 2006. Andre's educational background includes a Master's Degree in High School and Elementary Education from LIU Post, obtained in 1973, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 1972.
