Ernie Reyna

Ernie Reyna, MPA, CPA, currently serves as the Deputy City Manager and Finance Director/City Treasurer for the City of Perris since November 2019. Prior experience includes Finance Director/City Treasurer for the City of Eastvale, CA from June 2018 to November 2019, and Chief Financial Officer for the Western Riverside Council of Governments between February 2011 and May 2018. Earlier roles include Assistant Controller for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians from February 2005 to January 2011 and Audit Manager at Casino Morongo from October 2002 to August 2004. Ernie Reyna holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California Baptist University (2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside (1997).
