Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Finance Director at the City of Napa from April 2017 to October 2019, and Finance Manager at the City of Novato from July 2011 to April 2017. Additional experience includes serving as the Principal Financial Analyst for the City of Santa Rosa, CA, from June 2006 to July 2011, and as an Executive Policy and Budget Analyst for the State of Wisconsin from June 2005 to June 2006. Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Pricing Analyst at Epic Systems Corporation from January 2003 to June 2005. Brian Cochran holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Economics from The Ohio State University.
